PROS and CONS of Brush Calligraphy vs. Traditional Pen and Nib Calligraphy:

PROS

  • You only need one tool to create beautiful handwriting.
  • There is no need for elaborate methods for prep and cleanup.
  • You can do this anywhere; at a table, on the couch, or in a car.
  • If you are left handed, you can do this! No smeared ink.

CONS

You will become addicted to all things pens and markers. You’ve been warned.
